Absolutely! We can have a battery fitted to your watch and have it back on your wrist in no time at all, usually within 10 minutes

Yes. If we can perform a satisfactory repair on your watch, we will do so regardless of the brand

Yes we do. You can bring your clock in to us and receive a free no obligation quote. If the clock is too big you can give us a call and we can either arrange for a time to come out and see you or we can do our best to give you an idea of repair cost based on your description of the problem

We recommend that the battery in your watch be changed every 2 years regardless of whether the watch is working or not. This is best practice to avoid the possibility of battery leakage which can do costly damage to the watch movement. Watch batteries can leak while they still have power in them

Most watch manufactures recommend service intervals of around 5 years. These intervals can be extended or shortened depending on how often the watch is worn and on how respectfully the watch is worn

The recommendation for battery operated watch servicing is around every 7 to 10 years and as is the case with mechanical watches, the intervals can be affected by how the watch is worn as well as how hygienically the batteries are fitted to the watch in between each service interval

We advise against this. Our technicians often see batteries fitted by customers or other poorly trained technicians and they can end up doing more harm than good. The use of fingers in direct contact with the watch movement or a simple slip with a tool in the wrong place can cause hundreds of dollars of damage to a quartz watch movement and for the sake of the price of a battery this is best left to the professionals

It is recommended that you have your seals replaced and have the watch pressure tested every 12 to 24 months if you wear your watch in water regardless of how deep the watch goes
